MANAGEMENT

The Management of The Tour shall be vested in the Board of Directors, which shall consist of League Manager and Captains.  Rules/Regulations are created by League Manager.  Any changes to Rules/Regulations after Tour has started must be voted on by the Board of Directors and vote must be 100% of present Board of Directors.

FEES

A $25.00 league participation entry fee, entry fee will be used towards league expenses (administration, league awards etc…).  The Tour entry fee must be paid on the first night of bowling along with USBC sanctions.

The amount to be paid by each bowler each night shall be $25.00 of which $12.00 will cover the cost of lineage and $13.00 shall be deposited by The Tour Treasurer in the account for the Prize fund.  All bowlers will be responsible for USBC sanction fees ($35.00) as proclaimed by The USBC Sport Sanction.

Sanctions

If not sanctioned anywhere, first time Sport Sanction is $35($20 USBC Sanction, $15 Sport Sanction Upgrade).  If sanctioned in Bergen County, you pay sport sanction upgrade which is $15.  If Sport Sanctioned Out of County, you pay $10 to Bergen County.  Sanctioned Out of County regular, you pay $25 ($15 upgrade, $10 Bergen County)

SALARIES

The salary to be paid to the Secretary / Treasurer shall be paid at the completion of The Tour Schedule.  Full payment shall not be authorized until the secretary / treasurer has furnished to the local USBC the final average sheets.

The salaries for secretary / treasurer shall be the entry fee times(x) the amount of bowlers divided(/) by 2 after all other league expenses have been handled.
